When you place an order, we receive your name, phone number, e-mail, mailing address and product details.

Security of our site is taken very seriously and we have an enhanced SSL connection so all of our pages are encrypted.
Payment
Our ordering system provides the options of paying online by credit/debit card or Paypal. You can also order by post or telephone by credit/debit card, cheque or postal order.
Secure Payment
Your credit card payment is processed by a reputable third party "Stripe", using highly secure encryption. (see https://stripe.com/ ). We never see or store your card details.
Terms and Conditions
Your order will be despatched on receipt of payment except in certain circumstances where an invoicing system is agreed.
Cancelling your Order
As we supply personalised goods, and as stated in the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the customer will not benefit from a right to cancel the contract after their order has been processed. However if the order has not yet been printed then we will, as a gesture of goodwill, agree to a cancellation. There will be a small fee to cover the cost of charges paid by us to the credit card company and Paypal.

Mistakes
All orders go through a strict checking process before being sent out, so errors very rarely occur. However, if one does occasionally slip through and it is our mistake we will of course send replacements.
If you have made a mistake in providing us with details of your order we regret we cannot offer free replacements. However, we may offer replacements at a reduced price.
